A.       Terms & Conditions for Product:

1.        The stones and gems fitted & fixed in this product is procured from legitimate sources in compliance with the law of land and not involved in funding conflict. The Reshm assures that such stones are conflict free to the best of its knowledge and as per guarantees provided by its suppliers for weight and quality. Grading subject to mounting limitation.

2.        Goods invoiced herewith are sold after proper inspection and verification by the buyer. For any manufacturing defects, customer should approach the company within 7 days of purchase for repair at the cost of the company.

3.        Goods once sold will neither exchange nor return back except as per company policy.

4.       Company loyalty bonus program: i) Each card will have validity of 90 days from the date of purchase against which card was given. ii) If customer is availing any other discount,incentive or redeeming reward points, he will not be entitled for the loyalty bonus. Company may allow him to use the loyalty card in next purchase with a revise date. iii) The loyalty bonus will be available on the same showroom where the product was originally purchased or the company owned exclusive outlets.

4.        Exchange guarantee applies to all Reshm products except bandhel items. The products should be presented in the same condition as at the time of purchase and accompanied with original bill and authentication card at the counter wherefrom same was bought. Company reserves the rights to exchange the product if any repairs warrant.

5.        Dispute, if any shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
